About Misty
The beautiful beaches of South Walton are comprised of people from all walks of life, from busy cities and small towns alike. What they all have in common is that they were lured here by the beauty that surrounds us—the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico, the sugar-white sand beaches, and the unique local feeling only found along Scenic Hwy 30A.
Fortunately for me, I was born and raised in Walton County; the Emerald Coast of Florida is my home. While I love to travel and explore other areas, I am always excited to return—because I live in paradise.
While attending college locally at the University of West Florida, I began working for The St. Joe Company in the popular community of WaterColor, where I spent ten years before transitioning to general real estate sales with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Beach Properties of Florida.
Now, The St. Joe Company has introduced a new real estate brokerage called Watersound Real Estate, and after 15 years, I am thrilled to be back where it all began. I have a true passion for real estate, and most importantly, a deep love for the area and the unique coastal lifestyle we’re so fortunate to experience every day.
