All related to the purchase of the home was flawless. We purchased a golf cart with the property. A couple years after the sale WaterColor mandated that all golf carts be tagged even if only driven within the neighborhood. We could not put our fingers on the title. Misty went back to the establishment the prior owners purchased the golf cart from and was able to obtain a replacement title so we could register the cart. All of those efforts without additional compensation. Thank you Misty!
